Check before you pay

Because we offer Cash on Delivery, you can inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the item is clearly damaged or wrong, you may refuse the parcel at the door.

Returns & exchanges

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed promptly. For COD orders, refunds are arranged via your preferred method after the returned item is received.
